When you recently replaced faulty water tank under warranty( at no cost to me) It brought to mind the service I have received from you since you established Gladesville Plumbing Services in 2005. In that time I have required your plumbing services on 10 occasions plus the tank replacement. This includes general normal domestic plumbing services.( The age of our premises , 90 plus years could explain this number of services in such a relative short period). Plus installation of the water tank, installation of solar hot water service and service to the roof prior the fitting of aluminium gutter guard on all gutters.
During the time in question I have been impressed by the professional manner in which the services are carried out by you and your team involving attention to detail and highest of standards. Your team are always pleasant and a pleasure to deal with, and I am particularly impressed with their using “pull on” covers over their boots whilst inside, this being important to us as we have carpet flooring in the main, and in the 39 years we have lived here, no other tradespeople have applied this consideration. The covering of the floor area in question and your clean up at conclusion is impressive.
